The Poplar Creek Golf Staff is a serious advocate in the promotion of junior golf. We believe that golf is a game for life and in so many ways prepares young players with life skills that are learned through the game of golf. We want to share our love and passion for the game with our junior golfers. Our commitment to junior golf has many facets – please review the following programs:

Poplar Creek Junior Academy

This program is for junior golf development of all ages. Our focus is on building the confidence of young golfers through a comprehensive coaching program designed to prepare junior golfers who desire to learn the game of golf. 

The academy meets three times a month on Saturdays at 12:00 pm, in addition to the monthly Free clinic on the first Saturday of each month. The PCJA offers individualized programs for each student and is custom fit to ensure the growth and development of each junior. This program gives all students an in-depth understanding of golf, preparing them for the course and competition. 

Junior Golf Private Lessons

With private instruction, lessons are scheduled with the instructor for a day and time that is convenient for the student. Lessons are specifically tailored to your skill level and the part of your game you wish to improve.
